Pressure switches are control devices that open or close electrical contacts in response to changes in pressure. These contacts may be used to operate a water pump or other type of motor. Eaton's pressure switches are designed for use with water pumps in residential, commercial and agricultural applications.

Low Pressure Cut-Off - The pressure switch will shut down the pump if the pressure drops to 10 PSI below starting pressure. This provides additional pump protection due to lack of water in the well.

Pulsation Plug - A Pulsation plug reduces water surges to the switch that would cause the switch to go on and off rapidly with every pulse it received. This prevents your pump from excessive on and off cycling which shortens the pump motor life.
