Electrical Distribution

Eaton offers a full line of branch circuit panelboards for all applications from 100A to 1200A, up to 600Vac. Numerous standard options are available including Eaton's integrated surge protection (TVSS) Bolt-on FIRE GUARD Arc Fault circuit breakers, and door-in-door EZ trims. Most Panelboards are also available as part of Eaton's space saving designed Integrated Facility Systems (IFS) Switchboards.

Standard Lighting and Appliance Panelboards
Eaton offers lighting and appliance panelboards capable of accepting between 18 circuits up to 84 circuits in a single tub.

Renovation Panelboards
Retrofit panel designed and CSA/UL approved to be installed into existing panelboard boxes without the need for demolition. Eaton’s retrofit panelboards utilize the existing box and come with a new trim that attaches directly to the new chassis (no external mounting hardware required.

Column Panelboards
Available with similar ratings to standard PRL1a & PRL2a panelboards, column panelboards measuring a compact 8-5/8-inches wide by 6-inches deep are easily mounted inside an I-beam for industrial applications.

Lighting and Load Control (Pow-R-Command)
Automatic switching of smart circuit breakers to automatically turn the lights on and off to control a facilities environment.
PRC25 - Dry contact inputs control up to 42 breakers located in 6 zones maximum.
PRC750 - Programmable, stand-alone control with programmable time of day and event scheduling using LCD display and keypad.
PRC1000 - Networked system, programming through display for basic features or software for sophisticated applications.
PRC2000 - Similar to PRC1000 but includes built in web-server
PRC2000B - Similar to PRC2000 but includes built-in BACnet IP server.

Lighting and Small Power Panelboards
Eaton’s PRL3a panelboard offers the flexibility to serve as a lighting and appliance panelboard or as a small power distribution panelboard. These panelboards accept a mix of 1” per pole GBH / BAB breakers as well as Series C F-Frame branch breakers up to 225A.

Plug-On Distribution Panelboards
Developed for industries that require fast and convenient changes to power panelboards. The PRL5P is designed to accept plug-on Series C breaker modules between 15A and 1200A, 600V.
